The NYAA Council provides platforms for young people to develop hands-on and leadership skills by coordinating opportunities for participation in local and international projects and conferences. The Council aims to nurture youth growth by connecting communities and empowering them to become exceptional individuals.

The Council administers the National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) in Singapore and serves as a key contact point for several international and regional youth agencies and conferences.

To develop and maximise the potential of young people from 13 to 30 years old through Service Learning, Outdoor Appreciation and Healthy Living and Community Leadership Initiative,  so that they may be exceptional individuals who can contribute effectively to society and the nation.
