Objective

Physical and mental wellness is vital to a student’s overall well-being. Healthy living involves nurturing a healthy lifestyle on a day-to-day basis, encompassing both physical and mental aspects. By adopting healthy habits early, such as maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise, students set themselves on a positive trajectory towards their overall well-being.

Butterfly Award Criteria for Healthy Living*:

  1. At least 8 hours of regular activities spread over four months and beyond.
  2. Each recorded activity is capped at a maximum of 2 hours.

Butterfly Award (BA) Incentive at NYAA Bronze Award Level

*Participation in healthy living activities undertaken as part of the NYAA Award is voluntary and carried out at the participant’s own risk. Such activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss or damage.

Participants are responsible for conducting proper planning and risk assessments, ensuring adequate supervision, and implementing appropriate safety precautions prior to and during any activity. NYAA shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in such activities.
