
Objective
To develop physical and mental wellness through healthy living.
Healthy living aims to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that allows us to get through our daily activities. It also hopes to develop a healthy body and mind.
Our behaviour has a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthy habits with a balanced diet and exercise while avoiding destructive habits such as tobacco, drugs, and alcohol will improve both our physical and emotional well-being.



Bronze
At least 24 hours of regular activities over the minimum programme duration.

Silver
At least 32 hours of regular activities over the minimum programme duration.

Gold
At least 48 hours of regular activities over the minimum programme duration.
Specifically for the Healthy Living component, participants are required to engage in a minimum of three distinct types of activities. Participants should show improvement in their overall performance with effort, compared to when they first started.

- Archery
- Cycling
- Swimming
- Tennis
- Aerobics
- Running/Jogging or cross-country runs
- Water sports
- Martial Arts
- Fencing
- Badminton
- Volleyball
- Gymnastics
- Rugby
- Table Tennis
- Football
- Keeping Fit
- Gym Training
- Activities that promote health and fitness
- Activities that promote physical and mental wellness
- Activities with sports clubs or organisations
The above list is not exhaustive. Participants can consider other activities that are not listed above. Participants may engage in these activities on their own or through their school.
